Ppl were not joking in the other reviews about 2 things: 1. You can assemble this in about 10 minutes, super easy...BUT...I am looking at the pics and videos of other reviewers...be sure you put your handlebars on the correct direction. It will go on either way, but one will leave your handle bars pointed in a weird way that will be less comfortable. 2. You WILL feel it...I have been using it every day and could only do like 3 reps the first day. By day five I am doing sets of 15-20 reps on the middle setting.Only issues I have had is that I just realized I am missing one of the rubber feet that the product sits on and there is no way to get a part from the seller, so now I have to return this one and get another. At least it will be quick to set up, but it does seem sloppy from the manufacturer. That being said, it is pretty sturdy and works well and I have no other overall complaints. I will be using it daily and hope that it will hold up over time, but all indications so far is that it is otherwise pretty well made.I also have to say, this is not an ideal product if you are quite overweight.
