I wish the sealer wash thicker and time will tell. Be sure to PREP, PREP, PREP! I used this on our kitchen counter (approx. 100 square feet) and while it did cover 2 coats it still looked thin and maybe easily scratched off, we purchased another can of base and put 3 coats of base, 2 coats of sealer. Looks Very Nice, and as far as durability, again, time will tell. Check on YouTube to see. That’s how I learned about this paint and how to do it. However, if I were to try that, I’d do 2 coats of base, sprinkle then one coat clear, let it cure for longer then do anther coat on top. I used it on the 70s tile on my bathroom floor and on the hideous tile that the owner before me installed as the kitchen backsplah. It's a bright white. Completely transformed both areas. Be sure to get the sealer as well.
