If you are giving this as a gift, you can pretty much present it right out of the outer packaging. Beautifully boxed!This notebook is beautiful! It looks just like the pics and even has a pleasant leather smell. It feels a bit stiff, but might soften up with use.The only thing I did not care for was that the closing and inner elastic were all the same piece. This does NOT detract from the functionality of the notebook, but I don't like how the inner elastics get looser when the closing strap isn't around the notebook and my inserts move around.I solved this by cutting the elastic and using it and my own to re-string the entire thing. In doing this, I was able to add a second strand inside.AGAIN...this was my personal preference and it may be perfect as is for you!I already really like this notebook and am looking forward to using it!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This goes with me everywhere *by L***M on Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2019* I like this so much that I carry it with me everywhere.
