Internal music player.-I knew it has 4GB storage of music and capability of playing it with no need for other device - and this was the real reason for buying these headphones. And I shall spare you the details but at this point in time [August 18 2018] it is really a flawed feature. Very disappointing because it is indeed a very promising feature.2. Sound cancellation- I knew it is has no active sound cancellation and expected it to fail on this requirement but I was pleasantly surprised to hear how good the passive noise cancellation of Bragi Dahs pro was. Even compared with Bose quiet control 30 active sound cancellation.On the bright side:- although in many reviews people complain about Bragi's price, however this price gives something that you hardly get nowadays - excellent service. You go on their website and you can chat with someone who is interested in helping you solve whatever problems you come across [and I came across more than one....;-) ]Conclusion:Pricey - yes - but you get value for the money : many features and good customer support.Although I am returning it I appreciate the product and the team behind it.p.sThe people from the customer support said that they are going to be looking to improve the internal music player. It does however also have 4gb of storage for music, podcasts and audiobooks, this solving my problem when swimming!! The sound is is of the highest quality.I love that you can have audio transparency on or off depending on if you want to be aware of your surroundings or fully into your music. You can track your activities, heart rate, distance etc. Battery life is fantastic and the 4d menu is amazing!To top it off BOS Bragi’s operating system allows The dash pro to learn new skills and update new features.
