I tried it with two TVs in two different rooms at various locations, including the window as recommended, but unfortunately I could not pick up a single station. I believe this may be due to the fact that my house adjoins a wood and there are mature trees about 30-40 feet from the rear of the property. I was trying to install the aerial in a room at the front of the house so thought the trees would not be a problem but clearly they were. From the other reviews it is clear this aerial works well for other people so it is a decent aerial - it depends totally on location. I had to return the aerial and I feel it is pointless my buying an alternative make. I think I will have to get my TV connected to the external aerial on the roof. Internal aerials are clearly no use to me. ### ⭐⭐ When installed on the tv we didn't get any extra ... *by A***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 April 2018* When installed on the tv we didn't get any extra channels and actually lost all the BBC channels even though we are very close to the transmitterand had to revert to the old aerial so not using it at all ### ⭐ but certainly was a waste of money for myself *by O***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 March 2018* Didn’t work at all. Not sure if due to the area i’m in, but certainly was a waste of money for myself. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/57266011-hdtv-aerial-ancora-2018-new-upgraded-ultra-thin-amplified-digital](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/57266011-hdtv-aerial-ancora-2018-new-upgraded-ultra-thin-amplified-digital) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
