Very robust simple design.Came with instructions but I never read those until I get stuck in assembly. When products are designed to be idiot proof, I am the guy they are worried about.Took just a couple of minutes to assemble and it is a breeze. You need a rubber/plastic mallet to pound the legs into place. The casters are tight in their fittings and don't wobble.Level is good for a cart that is hammered together and much better then I expected. The picture shows the worst spot I found which is better then I expected.The inside dimensions of the top shelf is 23 3/8 by 31 3/8 and the lip is 1/2 inch.I ordered this to put a 3D printer on (Snapmaker 350 with the enclosure). It was an 1/8 of an inch of fitting on the 23 3/8 inch side. If it had fit the 1/2 lip would have prevented opening the doors.
