Ive taken it field mapping (backpacking) for a month and brought it on several other big hikes which involved long distances and steep terrain and its held up great! Its very durable and holds a lot of gear. Great for someone who is getting into backpacking. My only issue is the comfort of the straps, they’re not super comfortable but then again this isnt a super expensive pack. If you’re looking for a relatively cheap backpacking bag with decent storage and great durability then this is the bag for you. Side note: Im seeing a lot of reviews saying the zippers arent amazing and this is true, not very smooth to open.
