I’ve been using this iron supplement for almost 3 months, and it’s been a great experience so far. One of the biggest benefits for me is that it’s very easy on my digestive tract — it does not cause constipation or stomach discomfort, which has always been an issue for me with other iron supplements. I feel good taking it consistently and appreciate that it’s formulated to be gentle while still effective. The only thing I wish is that the bottle came with more pills, since I go through it fairly quickly.
