The digital screen on this one is a bit more 'hi tech' looking than the ones I've used in the past & it's a nice upgrade.Also, having just dealt with their customer service regarding another Innokin item that developed a fault (a rare issue in my experience) they were very quick & efficient & resolved the matter in a way that exceeded my expectations. All the more reason to stick with the brand in the future! ### ⭐ Poor construction *by D***I on 28 April 2024* I bought this unit March 9th 2024. The charger port came out April 28th 2024. It is now garbage. My return window expired on April 8th 2024 so I can't even send it back.It lasted just over a month. This is very disappointing as I've used cool fire units for a decade, each unit lasting me approximately 2.5 years of daily use before they died. I've never had an issue like this before I'm very disappointed.
