This relieves my tension headaches faster than anything else. There is even a more intense rubber bar to use. That thing really gets in and stretches your neck. It's intense, but the benefits can't be denied. Now I'm glad that I didn't buy the foam version. This one really stretches and improves, instead of being a semi supportive pillow.
