Carry it everyday and don't have ... *by J***E on May 30, 2018* Bought it mid-April. Carried it everyday and didn't have a lot in it (it is a large bag). The strap broke at the end of May and this bag is not one that can be used without a strap. Basically the strap tore free from the sticking holding it to the body of the purse. I'd only had it 6 weeks and originally reviewed it at 2 stars because I couldn't return it and it wasn't usable.I have edited my review because the company contacted me and made things right - they gave me the option of a full refund or a new bag, both options being very generous in my opinion. Given that the purse is a beautiful bag - large and made of soft, flexible leather - I have upgraded my review to four stars to reflect that the company is taking care of their customers. I left it at four stars because it DID break in only six weeks, but I cannot fault the company for that, and they have really taken care of me. Hopefully my bag was the exception. ### ⭐ I have had less than a month. Stitching coming ... *by L***F on May 4, 2018* I have had 2 less than a month. Stitching coming out-strap separating from purse. Perfect size-has several zippered pockets-disapointing stitching doesn't hold up. Last pic with gray background-2nd purse had barely a month. Carry an 8 in. Samsung tablet, tylenol bottle, no big billfold=1 small billfold and a RFID Blocking Wallet Case for insurance cards, keys. Have carried basically same items for 4+ years. Have not had a purse where the straps did not hold up. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It’s okay I guess *by K***N on June 10, 2018* pro: the bag is very spacious. The inside is easy to see (it’s brown). It holds everything I wanted, and then some. The material is soft and looks really nice.Cons: it smelled when I first opened it. The bag weighs heavy on the shoulders. I didn’t have it full of stuff and only wore it for an hour or so and it cause my shoulders to ache all day long.Overall it is an okay bag. I will never use it again though because it made me ache so much. Even if I had nothing in it but a wallet and my book. I think it will work nicely for some people.
