I was surprised because it includes a lot of other exercises in addition to punching/kicking the bag. So you might punch the bag for a couple of minutes, then get down on the floor and do "mountain climbers" for a minute, then up and kick the bag, then do tricept dips on the base of the bag, etc. The tutorial was also good for those of us who don't always remember the different kinds of punches. The only negative is that the video is somewhat cheaply done - the tutorial was shot in someone's living room - but that doesn't mean the exercises and instructor aren't good. Also note: these videos are designed for people who already have a pretty good fitness level (like P90X), but that being said, I am out of shape and just did as much as I could (e.g. I could do most of the exercises but at half the speed that they did them on the videos). Good cast crew. NO sweet sweat. Just some re-edited punch - kick - squat . . . push up & other drill shots. Make it to seem an aerobic style. NO knee to bag or elbows crescent kicks. A cast crew member does do some. Nothing on the hand - foot protection, mouth price ? In safety too. It is a good workout and concept style to fallow up on. Yet the sun shadows do not lie.A true advanced upgrade with aerobics DVD could be a top workout too. ADDed in - bob, weave, slip, duck or sits.Combos and with an agility corse around that fine gym.
