Soak the transfer in a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds. Remove from water and leave for a further 30 seconds. Place, complete with backing paper, into selected position. Press thumb and finger against one side and carefully slide out backing paper from the opposite side. When correctly located, smooth out excess water, air bubbles or creases, working carefully from the centre with a squeegee or soft, absorbent cloth using moderate pressure. IMPORTANT: Transfers will set quickly but need up to 48 hours to fully harden. However, I would advise you to get a spare set as they take a bit of getting used to. I was on the 3rd one before I got the hang of putting them on a tile. The instructions tell you to use a squeegee to push out excess water and air bubbles, DO NOT do this, as the transfers are extremely thin and they rip very easily.
