Blancmange came out perfect. Easy to clean, nice quality. Good value. Review: Plastic Jelly Mould and my preferred jelly making method - This Mould is nicely made from good quality plastic. I put the fruit jelly into the mould and just cover with bottled water. I use a microwave oven for approx. 1 minute, or until jelly has dissolved, stir using a desert spoon and mix gently. Top-up with desired amount of cold bottled water, gently stir for a second time. Cover mould with 'cling film'. Place in fridge to set. I prefer to use this method, rather that add boiling water from a kettle, for safety reasons.
