Review: Really works well to grate and slice soft cheese. Easy to use and easy to clean. - I was sceptical but this machine had good reviews. It is good for grating softer cheeses like mozarella. The motor sounds like it is struggling but I reimnded myself this is not a food processor. It is so easy to clean, very stable when operating, and does the job. One thing I would have liked is a longer slicing blade so when slicing cheese it would then not shred the cheese while slicing. It is better than the others because the blade is permanently mounted in a holder. Other units require insertion of these cheaply made blades that have tabs to secure them in the blade holder. It will not last and it is not easy to insert blades into holder. This unit is good for cheese grating and slicing.

I was hesitant to spend the money but it was worth every cent…it is easy to use … easy to clean… easy to change grating heads and you can grate an entire block of cheese in less than 2 minutes … I highly recommend this especially if you hate grating …
