I work in a fast-paced environment and typically bring my lunch to work. I enjoy having salad for lunch but was often disappointed when I opened my container and saw that the leaves of lettuce looked brown on the edges. It definitely was not an appetizing look. I have not had that issue since getting this knife. I guess the stainless steel was oxidizing the lettuce shortly after I cut it, but I'm not having that problem now! I have started making my salads at night before work, and still have not had the lettuce turn brown!
