As someone with ES, I can feel immediate relief. I grounded this using a 4 foot grounding rod into the ground. I still need to cut off power to my bedroom as I sleep, because being as this material is conductive, it collects the dirty electricity. I feel like a brand new person upon waking up while using this product. Will be recommending it to my loved ones because even though they may not have ES, these frequencies are harming them and everyone. Our immune systems are much stronger than they are given credit for and your immunity is massively impeded by the bombardment of frequencies as you sleep.
