Review: Comfortable and mostly cotton - These look nice, fit well, and are on the thinner side so are cooler and good for the summer heat. I’m happy with them and will be buying more. Size 7 fits comfortably for 5’7” and 160lbs
Review: So comfortable! - As a lover of cotton underwear, I was looking for a hipster style with comfortable waist and leg bands. This product is just what I wanted. The fabric is soft, and the bands have no elastic showing to pull on my skin. They were true to size based on my measurements. I have washed them in cold water and dried on low and there was no discernable shrinkage. They don’t get that stiff cotton feel that so many other panties have after washing. Yes, they are a little more expensive, but I feel they are definitely worth the price.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What’s the difference between the women’s regular & women’s plus size in the Elance hipster style?**
A: Hello,

The plus size styles will offer sizes 8-11. The other items will be standard sizing's 4-7

**Q: What is the sizing?**
A: Not sure what you want to know. Jockey has a size chart. Example, if you wear 12-14 pants you would need a size 7.

**Q: What’s the difference between the women’s regular & women’s plus size in the Elance hipster style?**
A: Regular would be sizes 5-7, Plus being 8+

**Q: What is the difference between bikini and hipster underwear**
A: Hello,

Women's bikini styles provide a low rise waistline and flattering high cut legs. Bikini styles have less fabric around the sides compared to hipsters’ wider side cut of fabric. The leg opening cut on a bikini is also higher. This can make bikini panties slightly more cheeky as there’s less fabric overall.

Jockey women's hipster underwear is a hit! You'll love the ultra-low-rise of our hipsters with moderate front and back coverage. We also have a number of more traditional women's hipster styles with a rise about 2" below your natural waist providing full front and back coverage. We've got the hipster fit that's right for you.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So comfortable!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable, no pinching band
*by S***L on September 24, 2026*

Five stars for comfort and durability- the bands don't dig into my belly, but they stay on and don't slip down even after 8 months and multiple washings. Made from good-quality midweight cotton. I got my usual size, they're a bit looser fit than my previous brand in the same size, and slightly higher (though they actually slip less).
