It had been using a quart of oil about every 2500 miles before I switched to this product, and today it has about 138,500 miles on it and I have added about 1/4 quart since the change was made. In a word: I'm amazed and grateful. The car even seems to operate more smoothly, although I'm sure that's just my imagination. Runs so quietly it's hard to tell if it's actually running.
