## Description

Hexeal Magnesium Flakes 5kg Bucket - Bathing, Gardening & Beauty | Soothe Muscles, Joints & Aches, Promoting Relaxation : desertcart.co.uk: Grocery

## Features

- REST & RECOVER IN THE BATH AFTER A HARD DAY OR GYM SESSION: Fitness enthusiasts and relaxation lovers often use Magnesium Flakes to help soothe sore muscles after a session at the gym or after a long day. Pour around 300g of Magnesium Flakes into your bath as you fill it with warm water and get ready for some serious relaxation. Excellent at soothing irritated skin, add Magnesium Flakes to baths to aid the healing process.
- SOOTHE JOINT & MUSCLE PAIN: Magnesium Flakes help to calm irritated muscles and joint pain, improving the circulation of blood around your body, promoting healing and decreasing swelling. Adding Magnesium Flakes to your bath is a great idea if you have a fresh or chronic injury that needs some tender care and attention. You can even make muscle compresses using Magnesium Flakes and hot water so you can target specific areas of tension and alleviate pain.
- ADD TO YOUR BEAUTY REGIME: Incorporate Magnesium Flakes into your skincare and body care routines. Antibacterial and anti-fungal, Magnesium Flakes are especially effective as an exfoliant and can be used for facials, body scrubs and pedicures, penetrating the outer skin layer for moisturising deep within. Magnesium reduces inflammation and can promote skin health, calming mild skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
- ENRICHES SOIL TO MAKE STRONG, HEALTHY PLANTS: Magnesium is key to plant growth. Add 1-2 tablespoons to around 4.5 litres of water to increase magnesium levels in the soil. Magnesium Flakes have a lot of other uses in the garden, such as seed starting, foliage spray, as soil amendment for better drainage and to deter slugs. Remedy magnesium deficiency in tomatoes, apples, grape vines, raspberries, roses and rhododendrons.
- TRUSTED BRITISH COMPANY EST. 2009: Hexeal is a small and independent local UK business based in the quiet Norfolk countryside. We pride ourselves on safe, practical and high-quality products fit for home, personal, commercial and industrial use.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: have these been tested for heavy metals/pollutants ?**
A: As far as i know the flakes have been tested.

**Q: are they Zechstein Sourced**
A: I can't remember as I took the flakes out of the plastic container and put them into a large enamel container

**Q: Does anyone know if I can mix these with Epsom salt and dead sea salt?**
A: Both are magnesiums, Epsom being a sulphate and Flakes being a chloride, so yes they can be mixed along with Dead Sea salt. I mix all three along with bicarbonate of soda and essential oils for a therapeutic bath or foot soak. Hope that helps.

**Q: would these flakes upset the balance of the water in a Jacuzzi (hot tub). Has anybody tried it?**
A: No idea I only out it in my bath water
