However, the stainless steel is of a good quality and compares favourably with my other stainless steel pans, which although are heavy duty this milk pan does the job it is intended for. It is very easy to clean, which is a bonus compared to some cheaper stainless steel pans I have used over the years.Update 01.01.2022The handle has now separated from the pan itself, so will have to get a new one!
