I also have the curved version so you can see my review for that. But this one is great for back sleeping & propping up when needed. It’s filling is just perfect! Soft yet supportive & you can adjust it to your needs. I recently had cervical spinal fusion surgery & I suffer from migraines & various types of headaches. I’m also very sensitive to smells & I can say that their pillows have no bad smells. I do wish the filling was encased in something so the outer cover- which is soft organic cotton- could be washed but I always use pillow protectors anyways.
