Wearing an underwired bra with them is so not necessary it is too much. The silicone band only being in contact with your skin around the area a bra strap would cover and underneath the boobs means that they are not too hot to wear for several hours and don't cause too much perspiration.I have previously worn this type of item and found several issues. The type that are a very tight fit around the collar/neck do not fit me elsewhere and the proportions are definitely nothing like mine. The style with a more open neck are better but the "straps" offer little support. Few feminine bras actually work well and give a sexy look when worn with too heavy gel or too rigid cotton filled prosthetics.These are the exception! I am comfortable wearing them for several hours at a time. They are easy to put on and take off. They are full breasted without constantly threatening to poke someone's eye out with a nipple that is waving so enthusiastically is should be a cheerleader for a NBA team. Quality seems good so I am hopeful they will last if looked after.
