Absolutely over the moon with the necklace that I ordered for my daughter’s Christmas present. I wasn’t sure how to let the seller know the name that I wanted on the necklace so emailed on a weekend evening. I had a reply within minutes and then placed the order. I had an email back thanking me for the order and was given an approximate delivery date. The necklace arrived before the expected date and I was so pleased with every aspect of the necklace. It came in a lovely little box too; perfect!

Sometimes it's a bit off-putting when you need to contact the seller and give them details, but this was honestly really easy and straightforward.
