Review: It’s harder to install than a rolled fabric pad but it’s affordable - This has worked out well for my indoor/outdoor very small pile rug. It gives it just enough cushion and non slip stability, it’s affordable compared to the fabric type of under rug pads. It’s slightly difficult to arrange it on the floor as mine was an 8’ diameter circle, and you can rotate out a crinkle you have to work it back and forth 10 times to finally get it laid perfectly flat. I was alone, so getting the rug then atop of it perfectly, is a second struggle, because the large rug catches a corner and it all moves and bunges up again and you have to work out all the crinkles all over again. Then trim the excess size to keep it under the top rug. One it’s finally done however, it’s a great addition and works just as good as the expensive fabric ones.
