These are supposed to be premium quality but they are far from that! Some balloons are clumped together and when pulling apart they tear so forget about putting water in them.  If they don't rip apart when you put on the spot that comes with it they bust after getting stacked in a bucket. We even tried filling half way with the ones that didn't rip at first.  Submitting my return now.
