Review: Best customer service - My tent arrived and when we finally got it out of the box for the first time there was about a four inch tear unit. Contacted customer service and they had a new one out to me the next day. Overall the tent was very nice and very easy to put together.
Review: Great tent - Did very well over the 4th of July weekend. It stormed quite a bit and I did not see a single leak. Is quite easy to assemble/disassemble once you get the hang of it after your first time putting it up/taking it down. It is a bit difficult to fit back in the bag, but that is a problem with all tents, and it does eventually go back in if you compress it well enough. Also, this thing is quite large and would realistically fit 2 queen and 1 full mattress. Screens also did well keeping bugs out, and the material seemed fairly durable against tearing, assuming you don't take something very sharp to it. I did not stake it down, and it was stable enough to withstand the storm, though I probably wouldn't recommend this. Only thing I wish it had was a covered front "porch" or awning that came farther over the entrance.

A: Our tents are water resistant not waterproof. We highly suggest that if you want to make your tent waterproof to use a waterproofing spray to ensure that no leaking occurs.

**Q: Does a queen size air mattress fit on both sides and us the center for gear or table? And have three separate areas?**
A: I have a queen size air mattress, one of the 22" tall ones you can get from Intex.  It fits in the side rooms just fine, but you wont have much room left afterwards.  It leaves about 2 to 3 feet at the foot if the bed (since the walls are angled, it takes up some stand space), but not bad.  I love in Florida, and I recommend getting a queen sized cot, if you go that route.  That way, the mattress doesn't block the air vents.
