I received it on Thursday, less than a week later and didn't have to be aggravated with sending back the clock that failed to work. My new clock arrived and worked perfectly. First set of batteries, I set it. I have used it at the pool for a week and no problems at all. I use the little "kick stand" on the back to set it on the side of the pool. I have used it a full week now and very happy with it. I can see it from at least 15 feet away while working out in the pool. I don't really need the timers but tested them and they work perfectly. If you get one and it doesn't work, read the paperwork that came with it, follow directions and let them know, you'll likely get a replacement that DOES WORK great! I would purchase it again if need be.
