Ha.. 🀭Fairtex manufacture some of the best kickboxing/boxing equipment you can get, so would highly recommend this punchbag.I went online and ordered specialist punchbag filling, see below for details.You can always use cut up old clothes etc instead, but I wanted to do it properly.I also bought a 5” diameter, 1.5m length of ventilation plastic tubing, which I duct-taped both ends after filling with 15kgs of play pit sand I bought from Argos for Β£5.This adds rigidity to the bag and will ensure the bag maintains its shape better.
