I can't explain... it's beautiful, there are SO many things it can do- and it's QUIET. Also, when I bought it (I got some kind of incredible deal- I paid less than 800 for washer and 800 for dryer. Those front loading machines smell funny. Mildewy. Cons: you gotta read the manual and figure out how to use it properly.
