I have very thick, wavy, wiry, menopausal hair and have tried lots and lots of products. This Moo & Yoo is so light but seems to hold my waves and control some of the frizz. I mix some of it in my hands with Cornish Seaweed Bath oil and rake it through my hair then crunch it into shape, and let air dry. Each morning I wet my hair and add a little more (of both products) if necessary.
