Review: Brilliant for me - Im 53 years old and I have been taking these capsules for about a year to relieve my 'personal summers'. I did some research on google to find out how to help myself. Some said to go to drs, others said try this and that, but I think these are Nectar of the Gods. They are a little large for a capsule (far bigger than paracetamol or ibuprofen) but are still easy to swallow. I reccommend any woman of a certain age to try these. :)
