Please realize it comes packaged in a silver outer wrap and then was zipped in an orange bag inside the outer wrap. I put if over my granddaughter's bed, which is a hump canopy and it looks beautiful. The color is exactly how it's pictured. Not sure what I was expecting but the plastic hooks need to be tied to the ribbon strips and then tied to the frame. It works fine. My 6yr old girl has a full size bed frame (I think-i always get it confused with twin, double & full) but it looks & fits great. We just have to get a bigger mattress. As far as installation goes it started off as a challenge ( I did it by myself) but once I could tell which end was which I got it on there. I'd say it's a good value for the money.
