I'm 5'8" and 33D-26-38 and got the Small (22-24"), but should have gotten the X-Small (20-22"). I am a size 0 so when I see people saying things run small I still go with XS because normally they fit just right. But this corset is indeed super small. By the good news is the ribbons are super long so you can let it out. I'm not crazy about the way it looks on me but that's simply because I'm too skinny to have anything to "squeeze" lol.
