There is no pain with sensitivity. It definitely fits in your mouth better than others and isn't as scary for my kids when they see me! Whitening of my teeth has begun, but full whitening will take a few more days. The only issue I wish they would improve is the actual syringe. There needs to be a tip on it so you don't push it out in a glob.
