I tried multiple brands, and others were flimsy, no support and either ran narrow or shoe was too chunky. I was looking for a pair of shoes that were easy to slip on, had a decent arch and heel support, priced reasonably, looked somewhat fashionable to wear for daily errands, had a roomy toe box and had my size. I've worn a size 11 through all of my adulthood and over the last year I've been experiencing multiple foot problems, causing all of my shoes to feel small and very tight at toe box. So now I'm faced trying to find an even bigger size in a women's shoe that meets the comfort issue and still looked a little feminine, and these shoes met all. I would've given 5 stars if they offered half sizes, I had to buy a 12, and a bit loose, but very comfortable and they don't flop around being a bit big. I even had my husband try mine on, and he liked them so he bought some to wear on the boat and while working around the house.
