I also dreaded putting them up at xmas time but they looked so pretty. Finally decided to upgrade this past year and so happy we did! These stars are awesome! SO easy to assemble and hang. I love that they are battery operated and have the remote control. We live in New England so winters can be very cold- I will say the battery runs out quicker in the cold. I think for the holiday season, I replaced the batteries twice. But truthfully for the price and ease of set up, it's totally worth it! Storage is a breeze too bc they just fold right back up!
