That lid will be perfect for sipping your hot beverages or if you just prefer not to use a straw! **Q: Can I order a different lid for this tumbler? I don't like drinking from a straw. Prefer a slider lid.** A: That was the only lid offered when I bought mine. **Q: What size is the straw diameter? Trying to find straw covers that will fit.** A: I don’t have anything to measure it with, however, it’s the widest straw I’ve ever seen. I would guesstimate it’s approximately 2 1/4 times as wide as a regular straw opening. The width is great because u don’t have to purse ur lips together to drink. So far, with daily use and scrubbing, I have not had any issue with paint chipping.
