Although I loved it at first. Pressure was great and loved the shrink effect, 4.5 months later there is a huge leak soaking me when I use it and now the handle to the head has just snapped off in normal usage. I am only half a month out of the 4.5 month return window and contacted the seller with no reply. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Burst as soon as I turned tap on! Only a partial refund! *by W***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 July 2019* I've had a few expandable hoses and they are great, but inevitably end up with a puncture. I usually get a good few months out of them though. This one lasted all of 10 seconds. Plugged it all in, turned on the tap and it exploded. Not even a little hole that I could try to patch, it literally burst open. The inside is cheap, thin plastic and the green exterior very thin and flimsy compared to others I've had, so hardly surprising really. Tried to return but the 'free' gift I received on ordering suddenly wasn't free anymore and Amazon claimed the item was only Β£9 rather than the Β£12.95 I paid, as the cheap eye mask that they'd sent for 'free' (which I wouldn't have paid more than 50p for) was supposedly not free but actually Β£3.95. Therefore I couldn't even get a proper refund! The only negative about the product was the nozzle was very plastic but it works fine so far. There was not a single drop of water leaking from either end and the shut off worked great. The lime green color made it very easy to see even in the dark.
