William was all set to send me another one right away, but I caught him in time and told him I received it. After that, the tester worked fine and now I know my grounding mat is working. William was extremely helpful and he truly cares about his customers. He was available for all questions I had (and I had many as I am old & not technically inclined), and would always email me back right away, no matter what time of day it was. I have no way to contact the seller. It only lets me contact Amazon. Now, I had to spend MORE money to buy an adapter. The only thing I can say is when I did the finger test, the tester worked. Thanks. Thanks a bunch. UPDATE: the company reached out to me concerning my issue. They were very pleasant and offered to take care of it. The product is good. It does test my mat very well. Just please be aware that the adapter that is shown in the video is not included.
