It's great that you can fold it up when not in use, it would be better if say the bread crum tray was deeper then you could store the wooden stop end in the tray.

I make home made bread so this is very useful to help with cutting. Some of my bread is very soft so this makes it easier to cut even slices. Did purchase a longer bread knife (10 inch blade) which it needs. A bit disappointing really, it’s well made , the concept is good , but it just doesn’t seem to work very well on home baked bread . I’ve not tried it on shop bought bread yet though, I think the gaps for the knife to go down are to big , so the blade wanders .
