The company was so good to work with me. They sent me a whole new machine. Really, I would have got the part for $20 from Sewing Parts. YouTube had excellent instructions on putting it together. It is worth it's weight in gold! Works really great on sewing patches on leather jackets, heavy jeans, and it was the only machine that would sew through a fabric that would gunk up my needles and causing skipping on all my other sewing machines. I am very happy with it.
