I contacted Awol. They asked for a video! and pictures. It's been 5 days of nothing. I contacted awol in the EU and China and still nothing. I did hit the Report button on the amazon site. But amazon chat say there is nothing they can do. No idea where to go now or what to do. The Picture quality of this player/TV is out of this world. It's so bright I can watch programs in the day time easy. The colours stand out and make things come alive. It has HDR 10 and Dolby Vision. So the best of both worlds. The free amazon firestick max hides in a little compartment at the back.
