A: It's a rifle rest not a shooting stick that you sit on, and you only look like a kn_b if you are one!

**Q: the grip below the yoke. can it be adjusted to accommodate a left hander?**
A: Ive just checked this out on mine and found it works equally well with either hand so no adjustment required.
