Yes, something IS wrong according to the experts -- precisely what is wrong, and exactly how to fix it, has led on a campaign about as productive as trying chasing leprechauns over rainbows in search of a pot of gold. LEF Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer has helped abate the symptoms, to the point, raise my overall energy level and abate the pain somewhat. And this is far in excess of what anything prescribed has accomplished. Mind you, this doesn't happen overnight. However, given 10 days to two weeks, I feel improved. Flip side, it takes five days off before I feel ... unimproved. I've reviewed at least one other LEF supplement, and I'll make the same assertion in support of this product. Check out the ingredients, then try to find out how much it would cost to purchase them individually. I must say that I'm a little bummed out that they eliminated Acetyl Carnitine. However, the stack holds up nonetheless. Few -- very few -- composite stacks available here or elsewhere hold up to their promise. To the point, most provide one "all star" ingredient, then add inferior forms of other nutraceuticals included to support it (i.e. non-methylated/ non-biologically active forms of B vitamins) or include them in amounts far below the therapeutic doses. **Q: This brand has replaced "biopqq" with just "pqq". there are variants among pqq, so has the pqq source/composition/quantity/other aspect changed?**
A: PQQ can be created synthetically or via fermentation. The brand "BioPQQ" is created via fermentation and the new PQQ that the company is using is also created through fermentation. I wrote to confirm that they hadn't switched to a synthetic PQQ supplier and they replied: "The new non-branded PQQ is not synthetic. The new PQQ is made via a bacterial fermentation process using Hyphomicrobium denitrificans."

**Q: Why so much B6? Isn't this amount potentially toxic?**
A: I read the toxic level of B6 is 1,000 mg if taken on a continual basis. Any abundance is passed through the urine because it is water soluablc

**Q: Would it make my body warmer if I always feel cold in winter time even considerable amount of cloth was taken ?**
A: I have not made a correlation between being warmer in the winter from taking this product.  I can only tell you that I feel an overall sense of better well being from taking MITOCHONDRIAL OPTIMIZER.

**Q: has anyone actually been tested to verify improved mitochondrial function after taking this a while?**
A: I'm not sure that's possible except anecdotally, and that isn't very accurate without a large number of participants in a well designed study. I go by how I feel - I hurt less.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They Definitely Give You Energy 10 Stars

I have been taking these vitamins/pills for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that they do give you energy. It takes about 3 weeks maybe a little less. For them to start working and you can eat any food for 30 minutes after taking them. I will never stop taking them. I have some health issues that give me extreme fatigue. So anytime I see something that helps with energy I check it out. I had run out and didn’t know it. I had to wait a week to get them. Oh boy that was a terrible week I couldn’t get out of bed. I didn’t want to do anything. I just counted down the days until I knew they were arriving. I can honestly tell you that I will never be without these in my life. I also take NAD with them. They are made by the same company. I highly recommend these supplements if you need more energy. You won’t regret it I promise.
