I found that the disk release handle did not last long and that it was difficult to get the disks out of the sockets. This has worked without problem. **Q: Ordered two of these, one arrived without the plastic roller on the lever arm that ejects hdd. anyone know how to get one? seller didn't reply.** A: I have one of these units with a broken upper right-hand lever arm. This needs a home. **Q: I got 3 hdd could i use this as an external please thanks** A: This unit fits in a drive bay so it is not intended to be used externally as such. I suppose you could use it that way but you would need to connect it to the motherboard and power supply which requires 4 SATA cables and 2 power cables.
