I assume that the listed dimensions include the rim lip around the tray?** A: 23 3/4 x 15 7/8” **Q: How do these compare to DoughMate?** A: I have both. Love them both. The Cambro is 2x as big. The DoughMate box bottom fits laterally in the indention of the top of the Cambro. So they can be stacked and interlock. Very similar material. The Cambridge lid is tighter than the DoughMate lid..... It was too much of a hassle to return it and I needed it right away, so I kept it. It doesn't affect the functioning of the dough box, but it concerns me that someone might get cut on the jagged edge.
