I put the shampoo in dry hair and use it like if I was dye my hair, I wait like 10 min and then jump in shower and use a color deposit conditioner and it helps, again I have my pink hair not the strong color that I had but is not blonde anymore, I think that with another shampoo I may be able to get my original color back (strong baby pink).
