All components including the spanner’s etc were complete and well set out on a card and diagrams in instructions. When all set up it did have a squeak, but after reading other reviews I tightened all screws and bolts and no noise at all. Very smooth movement with very little noise. All in all I am very happy with this machine, it does me brilliantly and I am using the Sunny app for workouts which I am starting as a beginner and working through them all, the app takes into account your height and weight and calculates exact calories used etc at the end of the workout. I would recommend this machine, it is very comfortable to use as it is a recumbent and safer for backs or for people with health problems trying to do a bit of aerobic movement.
