Justin Goldberg: There is nothing "happy" about your grass fed steak. Animals that die frightened have meat that is tainted with adrenaline. My Grandparents always hunted with a bow. That's why our venison always tasted so much better than our neighbors. For the record, I am not vegan, but I no longer eat red meat. **Q: supplement facts** A: There is no question here. All I can say is that my vegan doctor recommended I take a thyroid supplement because I was nearing the pre diabetic stage. She said it would perk me up. I have been dieting & losing weight & felt tired. She told me to go to a Health Food Store . I didand had a choice of two Thyroid energy supplement. I picked the cheaper of the two....which wasn't exactly cheap. The other cost twice as much.I would say it has perked me up a bit. I'm not doing cartwheels or dog sledding across Alaska.
